A concentrated and complex expression of Gavi, it is vinified separately using age old artisan methods that perfectly represent the relationship between Cortese grapes and the terroir. This is an award winning white wine with a great personality, freshness, minerality, longevity, and elegance.
About the Producer: Founded by the Moccagatta family in the 1970's in the hamlet of Monterotondo. Villa Sparina comprises 100 hectares of land, 70 of which are cultivated with local grapes for the production of Gavi and Barbera wine. The unique and eye-catching bottle shape corresponds to the Roman amphorae found in the truffle-rich grounds."
