Capturing the essence of Marlborough, this Cellar Selection Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of selected vineyards from the key sub-regions within Marlborough.

Vinification: A proportion of the vineyard parcels received skin contact in the winery to enhance the intensity of flavours, before the fruit was gently pressed to retain maximum freshness. Cool fermentation techniques were used and after fermentation, the wines remained on yeast lees for several months. The wine was then racked and blended, gently fined, filtered and immediately bottled, capturing the purity of flavour, freshness and richness.

Grape Varietals: This wine is 50% Wairau Valley with 50% Awatere Valley.

Nose: Pungent herbal aromas.

Taste: Juicy palate bursting with zesty grapefruit and rock melon.
