Villa Maria Cellar Selection Sauvignon Blanc (750ml)

Powerful and juicy this is a pure expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, bursting with aromas of passionfruit, kaffir lime and gooseberry. Cellar Selection wines turn up the volume on texture, intrigue and personality. This takes Sauvignon Blanc to another level, brimming with flavours of juicy melon and fresh grapefruit.
Vinification: A proportion of the vineyard parcels received skin contact in the winery to enhance the intensity of flavours, before the fruit was gently pressed to retain maximum freshness. Cool fermentation techniques were used and after fermentation the wines remained on yeast lees for several months. The wine was then racked and blended, gently fined, filtered and immediately bottled, capturing purity of flavour, freshness and richness.
