Rosé Brut Paradise is a unique product. A burst of colours, flowers, plants, animals and elements that hint at Italian art, so that we don't forget our roots, and our interpretation of paradise: an immaculate world where harmony and freedom embrace every form. The design of the bottle is made entirely by hand by New York designer Ceci Johnson, using the watercolour technique, digitised using specific scanners and then applied to the bottle.

In keeping with Valdo's sparkling wine tradition, the sparkling wine is made from a blend of Glera grapes and Sicilian Nerello Mascalese, which gives the product intense and pleasant fruity undergrowth aromas, making it a particularly versatile product in terms of opportunities for enjoyment.

Vinification: Rosé. Soft-pressing of red grapes without maceration on the skins

Appearance: Strokes of vermilion on rose petals.

Nose: Intensely fruity and pleasantly flowery, unique notes of undergrowth fruit.

Taste: Warm, exuberant and pleasantly soft flavour.

Food pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, excellent with fish, shellfish or delicate meat dishes. Originally paired with pizza.

About the Producer: Valdo Spumanti is a sparkling wine producer based in Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco region. The story of Valdo is the story of the Bolla family and a story of passion and entrepreneurship. A story that spans three generations and is closely linked to the development of Prosecco and the magnificent land that serves as the stage for the family's vocation to winemaking, Valdobbiadene. It all goes back to a realization that the great-grandfather Abele had more than a century ago.
