A young and disengaged wine that preserves the soul of the land from which it is born. A splendid table companion, it is ideal as an accompaniment to appetizers, soups, pasta, and typical Mediterranean dishes.

Vinification: Manual harvesting of the bunches; immediate pressing with crusher-destemmer; fermentation with maceration at controlled temperature.

Appearance: Ruby red color with violet reflections 

Nose: Intense vinous aromas of violet and cherry. 

Taste: Medium-bodied, fruity wine, to be drunk young.

About the producer: Speri has made a strong contribution to the agricultural history of Valpolicella for its continuity and its strong local roots becoming an authoritative point of reference for Italian wine. The company began in the second half of the 1800s in the Valpolicella Classica a few acres adjacent to the Speri family home.
