Under the supervision of Lodovico Antinori, Il Pino di Biserno is produced at the Tenuta di Biserno estate and represents the unique terroir of Bibbona. The special blend of grapes makes this a classic wine of the Upper Maremma. Although produced from grapes from the youngest vineyards, this wine is distinguished by its balance and finesse. It demonstrates the character as well as the potential of Tenuta di Biserno.

Vinification: The grapes were carefully selected on the conveyor belt in the cellar. Destemming and soft crushing; alcoholic fermentation in truncated conical steel tanks for 3-4 weeks at 28°C, malolactic fermentation in barriques for 25% of the mass and the rest in steel.

Appearance: Deep ruby red coloured.

Nose: The bouquet features dark fruits such as plums and blackberries, hints of freshly ground roast coffee, notes of cloves, and brushwood.

Taste: Delicious on the palate, with a balance of thick and elegant tannins.

Finish: Long and elegant.

Food pairings: Pair with roast meats, particularly beef, whether it be filet de sirloin or Tuscan T-Bone.
