Although it is found at the bottom of the hierarchy of appellations in the region, the Petit Chablis AOC expresses itself with such elegance at La Chablisienne that the cooperative has decided to display, with good reason, "Pas si Petit” (Not so Small) on its label! A magnificent lemony, mineral and milky expression to savour with fresh oysters or a lime fish ceviche. Pale gold color, limpid and brilliant wine. Its balance promises an interesting evolution of this Petit Chablis.
Nose: The nose opens with citrus notes complemented by a refreshing vegetable hint. It then develops on a mineral touch.
Palate: On the palate, the wine is tonic, salivating, with a good length.
