A crisp and zesty Chardonnay from Burgundy. Crisp green apple and pear, compliment nutty and spicy flavours with a thread of minerality. Excellent paired with grilled seafood, or baked shellfish. A great Bourgogne Chardonnay, having no oak influence it gives this wine lovely brightness and acidity but it would be a mistake to think that it has no weight or texture. There is still plenty of beautiful rich fruit at play giving notes of golden apple to supplement the minerality and freshness of this bottle.
