La Chablisienne Bourgogne Aligoté (750ml)

The Bourgogne Aligoté from La Chablisienne comes from the beautiful wine-growing region of Burgundy in France. This Bourgogne Aligoté is made from the Aligoté grape variety and is therefore a round wine with a soft structure that hugs the palate. It is considered to be a rather smaller peripheral variety because Chardonnay, its big brother, is the main grape planted in this area. Aligoté used to be known because it was mainly drunk as an aperitif with kir.

Nose:
On the nose you can find a subtle aroma of nuts and fruity notes of gooseberries and citrus fruits.

Palate:
On the palate it is both strong and round and has a very full body. It fills the mouth and lingers on the finish.
