From the outstanding terroir of Sainte-Victoire in Provence comes the Organic Esprit Gassier. Stylish yet laid back, Esprit Gassier is made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle and is vinified using direct pressing and fermentation at low temperatures in order to preserve the aromas in the fruit. A light pink hue and notes of peach combined with delicate aromas of white flowers and white fruits. Spring and Summer in a glass, with this beautiful Rosé from Provence.

Appearance:
A clear rosé with peach shades.

Nose:
On the nose, this wine shows great aromatic complexity with floral aromas of yellow flower, acacia, hawthorn of white fruits (wild pear, grapevine) and exotic fruits aromas.

Taste:
A fruity and spicy nose, with notes of pear infused with Sichuan pepper and also yellow melon notes, followed by light herbal notes. On the palate, a soft and generous wine with yellow nectarine aromas. A slight salinity and a spicy finish.

Food Pairing:
Pairs wonderfully with shellfish, grilled meats, and Mediterranean cuisine.

About the Producer:
Château Gassier is situated 25 km from the ancient town of Aix-en-Provence, at the foot of Mont Sainte-Victoire. The Gassier family bought Château Gassier and its 40 hectares of vines in 1982. Today the vineyard is managed by Georges Gassier, who represents the fifth winegrowing generation of the family, working with the support from his father. It is only over time that passion, hard work and know-how combined, have helped Château Gassier to develop its exceptional potential for excellence.
