Golden yellow colour, a richly aromatic honey bouquet, dried apricots, cooked plums, nuances of acacia flowers, a concentrated palate with just the right amount of sweetness and aromatic intensity, reminiscent of apricot jam, elegant, complex but well balanced.
Nose: A nose of intense lemon meringue pie, marmalade, and citrus peel with lightly floral notes.
Palate: The palate has lots of ripe apricot and acacia honey characters with honeyed sweetness, well-balanced by fresh, lemony acidity on a lingering finish.
