Wine Details:
• RED: Cune Reserva Rioja (Spain) - Soft and supple with good integration of wood and attractive fruit character. This Reserva Rioja, from a very well-respected traditional bodega, is made from a careful blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano grapes.
• RED: Kaiken Ultra Malbec (Argentina) - This deep brilliant red-coloured wine with purplish tones displays rich aromas. The nose has interesting spicy and floral notes—a clear expression of the Uco Valley—intertwined with black fruit aromas reminiscent of blueberries and blackberries that show this variety’s great typicity.
• WHITE: La Chablisienne Petit Chablis Pas Si Petit (France) - A magnificent lemony, mineral and milky expression to savour with fresh oysters or a lime fish ceviche. Pale gold colour, limpid and brilliant wine. Its balance promises an interesting evolution of this Petit Chablis.
• WHITE: Villa Maria Private Bin Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand) - A blend of both Marlborough’s Wairau and Awatere Valleys their winemakers take great care to ensure this wine showcases exceptional balance and consistency. A myriad of flavours dominated by fresh passionfruit and citrus retained in all their glory by the winemakers gentle pressing techniques (less juice from the grape but more flavour) and select yeast strains. 
• CHAMPAGNE: Ayala Brut Majeur Champagne (France) -Brut Majeur perfectly represents the Ayala style. The Chardonnay reveals all of its purity and elegance, enhanced by Pinot Noirs and Meuniers, from the best origins. The nose unveils notes of citrus fruit, flowers and white fruits. The palate is balanced, combining both freshness and vinosity. Precise, fruity, with a long finish.
• PORT: Taylor's 10 Year Old Tawny Port (Portugal) - Deep brick colour with amber rim. Rich and elegant nose combining aromas of ripe berry fruit with a delicate nuttiness and subtle mellow notes of chocolate, butterscotch and fine oak wood. Smooth and silky on the palate and full of ripe figgy, jammy flavours which persist on the long finish.
