Wine Details:
• RED: Bodegas Faustino V Reserva (Spain) - Clean, bright, cherry red developing to maroon. On the nose, very intense. Well integrated aromas, sweet barrels and fruits hints. Pleasant entrance on the palate, elegant structure and balance as a whole.
• RED: Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon (USA) - This Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of cherries, berries, cedar, brown sugar, and toast. Flavors of berries, toasted marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker follow with a toasty caramel finish.
• WHITE: Penfolds Koonunga Hill Chardonnay (Australia) - Koonunga Hill Chardonnay reflects Penfolds' multi-region, multi-vineyard blending policy, which enables winemakers to source the best parcels of fruit to produce consistently high quality wines from each vintage. A light to medium bodied Chardonnay with distinctive primary fruit characters, sustained intensity and a subtle underlay of moderate oak.
• WHITE: Ara Single Estate Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand) - Refreshing lemon and grapefruit aromas play with green notes of capsicum and tomato leaf in this vegan-friendly Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Citrus, blackcurrant and bell pepper flavours fill the palate to create a wine that’s gracious with a deliciously crisp, dry finish. Aromatic with classic Marlborough purity and wonderful acidity.
• SPARKLING: Bisol Jeio Prosecco Superiore Brut DOCG (Italy) - With its fresh personality and decisive notes of golden apple, citrus, and spring blossom, this is the perfect wine for drinking throughout a whole meal. The minerality of the Conegliano hills combines with the characteristically delicate acidity of the Valdobbiadene terroir to inject life into their Jeio Brut, a Prosecco Superiore that invigorates the palate.
• ROSÉ: Château Gassier Esprit Gassier Rosé (France) - From the outstanding terroir of Sainte-Victoire in Provence comes the Organic Esprit Gassier. Stylish yet laid back, Esprit Gassier is made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle and is vinified using direct pressing and fermentation at low temperatures in order to preserve the aromas in the fruit. A light pink hue and notes of peach combined with delicate aromas of white flowers and white fruits. Spring and Summer in a glass, with this beautiful Rosé from Provence.
