Cut strawberry and Morello cherries gives way to subtle but complex spice from whole bunch inclusion and quality French oak. Aided by balanced natural acidity & tannin which carry the palate along with the French oak. A true to form Eddystone Point Pinot Noir that really reflects the pure character of fruit from their pristine cool climate there in Tasmania.
