Rémy Martin is the embodiment of Cognac Fine Champagne: the grapes of two prestigious growth areas of Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne provide eaux-de-vie with great ageing potential.
For 300 years, the House has pursued one ambition: to reveal the talents of nature and humankind through its quest to capture the very quintessence of cognac. The unique aromatic richness of our House style, being fruitforward, rich, smooth and a long finish, is the result of the selection of these two crus, the traditional distillation on the lees in small copper pot stills, the ageing in large grained oak barrels and the outstanding craftsmanship of the Cellar Master.

Ingredients:
50ml Rémy Martin XO
1 lump of brown sugar
3 dashes of Bitters
Method:
1. In a glass, soak the sugar lump in the bitters.
2. Then add two cubes of ice.
3. Pour the cognac over and stir until silky smooth, adding more ice as you stir.
4. Garnish with an orange twist.
Gold Fashioned
Ingredients:
50ml Rémy Martin XO
1 lump of brown sugar
3 dashes of Bitters
A sprinkle of edible gold flakes
Method:
1. In a mixing glass, soak the sugar lump in the bitters, then add two cubes of ice.
2. Pour the cognac over and stir until silky smooth, adding more ice as you stir.
3. Garnish with a sprinkle of edible gold flakes.
