Ingredients:
Beluga Celebration 30 ml
Maple syrup 10 ml
Lemon juice 10 ml
Sparkling wine brut 60 ml
Chilled soda 90 ml

Method: Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add Beluga Celebration, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake. Strain into a chilled flute glass with an ice cube. Pour over sparkling wine and soda.
