Vette is named for the imposing peaks that rise above its Sauvignon Blanc vineyard, and it is the true height of refreshing crispness and earthy minerality. 

Appearance: Straw yellow with greenish highlights.

Nose: This wine has an aromatic fragrance with the typical hints of white peach, and green peppercorn over a pleasing note on sage.

Taste: The palate is dry, enjoyably fresh, full-bodied, with a great mineral complexity.

About the producer: San Leonardo’s history dates back 1500 years, with the return of prisoners from Trentino, who erected a chapel in honour of the patron saint of prisoners, Saint Leonard. Today, the ancient monastery hospice, which once gave shelter to the destitute, is now the cellar where the wines mature in barrels. The estate has witnessed many historical events, including acting as headquarters in both world wars.
