Upside Down Sauvignon Blanc presents grassy notes of passionfruit, citrus and a lingering dryness. Upside Down Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, fruit-driven wine. Harvested in batches, the grapes were separated from skins on arrival and pressed to extract maximum flavour. The juice was cool fermented in stainless steel with an array of specific yeasts for the signature Upside Down Sauvignon Blanc style. The wine was left to sit on lees before careful blending and bottling, resulting in a predominant fruit profile with a luscious mouthfeel.

Appearance: Light green. 

Nose: Ripe citrus and tropical fruits with herbaceous varietal characters. 

Taste: The palate is generous with fruit flavours and classical Sauvignon Blanc acidity adding structure and length.
