This no-nonsense, light white rum is the beating heart of all Takamaka rums. A column still molasses-based rum distilled up to 94% and then diluted with pure island spring water to bottling strength.

Taste: A touch of high-ester pot still rum provides a soft, creamy character and natural aromatic undertones typical of this Indian Ocean island.

About the Brand: Located in the Saint André plain on the island of Mahé, the 3 Frères distillery developed its first rums from the Seychelles in 2002. Called Takamaka, these rums take their name from one of the 23 districts of the island to which they belong.
