Appearance:
Amber-yellow lit with glints of gold.

Nose:
The vivacity quickly yields to fruity notes of apricot, peach, gooseberry and wild strawberry. Floral aromas blend subtly with tones of vanilla and wood. The abiding sensation is pleasing and harmonious.

Palate:

Cocktail:
Pink Sangria

Ingredients:
250ml St-Rémy VSOP
750ml Pinot Grigio
500ml Watermelon juice
100ml Lime juice
80ml Honey

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in an ice-filled carafe.
2. Stir gently with a bar spoon and serve.

French Cola

Ingredients:
50ml St-Rémy VSOP
100ml Cola
2 dashes Bitters
1 Orange

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in an ice-filled tumbler glass and stir
2. Garnish with an orange slice and serve
