St-Rémy XO takes its rich and complex taste from the selection of rich French eaux-de-vie, chosen for their ageing potential, and matured for a longer period in small French oak casks only.
Perpetuating the legacy from our previous Master Blender, St-Rémy XO is the perfect brandy for moments of refinement and indulgence, recognized for its elegance, roundness and ability to linger in the palate. Its notes of wood, vanilla, spices and candied fruits, make it perfect to be enjoyed neat, on ice, in classic brandy cocktails or mixed with cold brew coffee. 

Appearance:
Luminous amber, with a rich golden aura.

Nose:
Mature nose underpinned with echoes of oak, and delicate vanilla aromas, layered with hints of ripe fruits and honey.

Palate:
A rich palate of flavors. Subtle notes of wood and vanilla are enriched with flavors of gingerbread, candied apricots, dates, figs and nuts. This complex taste is subtly spicy and offers a long finish.

Food Pairing:
Smoked salmon, Chocolate muffin, Banana bread, Mango ice cream.
Cheeses: Mimolette, smoked goat cheese, blue cheese.

Cocktails:
Apple & Ginger Punch

The king-size version of the Apple & Ginger, perfect if you have a few friends over.

Ingredients:
500ml St-Rémy XO
400ml Ginger ale
400ml Apple juice
200ml Lime juice
10 Cinnamon sticks

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in an ice-filled punch bowl
2. Add the cinnamon sticks, stir and serve

Brandy IPA

Ingredients:
30ml St-Rémy XO
120ml IPA Beer
30ml Tropical fruit juice
20ml Lime juice
2 teaspoons Vanilla sugar
1 Lime

Method:
1. Pour the St-Rémy XO, tropical fruit juice, vanilla sugar and lime juice in a mixing glass, and stir
2. Pour in an ice-filled mason jar and top with IPA beer
3. Garnish with a lime zest and serve
