Nose: Dusty nose with both exotic and vegetal notes. Floral with citrus fruits and fresh herbs. 

Taste: Frivolous attack with prominent ripe acidity and an elegant crisp texture, long fruity-vegetal aftertaste. 

Food pairings: Delicious as an aperitif. Goes also well with raw seafood and fresh spring salads, pickled fish, marinated spring vegetables and fresh (goat) cheese.

About the producer: Southern Right is a small Pinotage and Sauvignon Blanc specialist located on a strikingly beautiful 448-ha property in the cool, maritime, Hemel-en-Aarde Valley appellation, just behind the old fishing village and seaside resort of Hermanus.
