Appearance: Bright cherry red with deep-coloured tears. 

Nose: Spicy nose with blackberry and black plums, earthy undertones, and rosemary. 

Taste: Spicy flavour attack, very lively texture with juicy acidity

Finish: A long fruity aftertaste. 

Food pairings: Delicious with underdone red and pink meat, braised fruit vegetables, and even fresh white mold cheeses.
