Brisk and refreshing, but with good heft to the lime and blood orange flavors; a persistent, tangy mineral underpinning carries through the spicy, long finish, which also shows lingering white pepper and lime zest flavors. Ridiculously easy to drink: possesses focus and precision to burn.
