Colour: Star bright, ruby red grapefruit like the sun’s reflection on water.
Nose: Amazing aromatics that are very inviting. Dominant ripe watermelon, sweet cherry blossoms. A very beautiful, fresh and vibrant nose that jumps out from the glass.
Palate: The harmony of bright acidity, rich texture and dry finish show the completeness of this wine. Creamy strawberry notes up front and lingering flavors of fresh basil, thyme, lavender.
Food Pairing: Spicy Asian cuisine, shellfish, taco night. But Romance is, first and foremost, a perfect cocktail rosé, great for any occasion. It does a fantastic job on its own.

About the Producer: Nestled in the hills of Provence, vines have been grown on the Château grounds since Roman times. Situated on the Aurelian Way, a Roman road formerly linking Italy and Spain, the vineyard was also a trading post for wines. Sheltered by acres of pine forests and lavender fields and enjoying over 3000 hours of sunshine a year, our grapes enjoy the cooler Provence nights which slows their ripening and helps produce this perfect range of Provencal rosés.
