This wine is characterized by a balance in the mouth which oscillates between aromatic freshness and acidity, DNA of Gascony and Colombelle. There is a dominant aroma of grapefruit and lemon. 
The first vinification and blending trials with the Colombard and Ugni blanc grape varieties are convincing; Plaimont Producteurs invests in appropriate technical equipment.
