The Classique range offers wines with a fresh and fruity character with body and weight reflecting the grape varietals and the soil vineyard location.

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes are pressed and allowed to ferment with indigenous yeasts in large oak barrels. Racking takes place before winter and the wine is bottled in the Spring, then cellared until the optimum release date.

Appearance: Straw-coloured wine with greenish highlights.

Nose: An elegant lemon-scented bouquet of mineral and floral notes.

Taste: Clean, refined, delicately fruity dry wine.

Finish: Long and persistent. 

Food pairings: It is ideally suited to Asiatic cuisine, or with shellfish and other seafood.
