Italia Pinot Grigio (750ml)

Tastes like a crisp apple just picked from the tree - it's English summer in a bottle. There's also a hint of melon in this Italian beauty, and it goes perfectly with all sorts of food from Parma ham to prawn cocktail. One sip and you'll be smitten. Imagine biting into the first of the season's crisp, ripe Cox's with the juices flowing down your chin - well, some clever winemaker has bottled that and even added a bit of melon for extra flavour. 
Produced from selected Pinot Grigio grapes grown on hillside vineyards in Provincia di Pavia, northern Italy. The grapes are hand-harvested at the start of September - crushed, gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 16-18ºC in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled young after 3-6 months ageing on fine lees in stainless steel.
