Thanks to 3 years on the lees, this wine is starting to develop excellent leesy aromas and flavours on the palate yet preserving and excellent balance between freshness and maturity. This cuvée offers a subtle blend of aromatic precision and vinosity. It shows a complex and round character while being Extra-Brut It has been designed for drinkers who love lively champagnes.
Appearance: A bright, pale gold hue.
Nose: Clean and clear on the nose with white flower aromas, such as acacia and hawthorn, set off by succulent aromas of pear.
Palate: This wine is of great purity with a fresh and lively acidity. It is pure and forthright on entry to the palate.
