Fish Hoek is a little settlement just outside of Cape Town on the False Bay coast. It is blessed with a breath taking beach, where the waves break for the first time in their previously unhindered journey from the Antarctic. Backed by Table Mountain, the locals enjoy the outdoors as a way of life – it is this spirit that we hope to capture in this wine. The grapes are from the vineyards of the Breedkloof region. 

Appearance:
Bright Ruby Red.

Nose:
Ripe, juicy red fruit supported by subtle spicy tones.

Palate:
Upfront red plum and fruitcake flavors. Well integrated subtle oak provides a delicious lingering finish.

Food Pairing:
Ideal accompaniment to BBQ’s, rare beef, roasted vegetables and mature cheeses.
