Made from the finest Sauvignon grapes vinified in 100% purity. The origin is that of Friuli Doc. 

Appearance: A straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. 

Nose: The perfume has aromas on the nose developing around hints that recall yellow pepper, banana and melon. 

Taste: The taste in the mouth is elegant, enveloping, and perfectly balanced in the structure.

Food pairings: An excellent wine with fish dishes, even with sushi and sashimi: terrific with freshly seared squid.

About the producer: Fantinel was founded in 1969, when restaurateur and hotelier, Paron Mario Fantinel, acquired his first vineyards in the Collio area of northern Friuli.
