Domaine de Baal White is a blend of 50% chardonnay and 50% white sauvignon, 20% of the volume was aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. 

Appearance: The wine has a pale yellow colour.

Nose: It has an elegant mineral nose with hints of citrus and grapefruit. The acidity brings a lot of freshness to this wine, the chardonnay brings some roundness.

Taste: On the palate, It is smooth, elegant, and fresh, and gives apple flavours, citrus, and white pears with a structured and beautiful finish.

Food pairings: Aperitif, Cold cuts, Grilled fish and seafood, Lebanese Mezze, Light cheese - Goat cheese, Pasta and pizza.

About the Producer: The family-owned vineyards of the Domaine de Baal were planted in the early 90s at 1,150 meters above sea level, on the foothills of Mount Lebanon. Their passion for this land and their strong desire to preserve it for future generations to enjoy, has naturally inclined them to produce natural wines, refined and elegant, reflecting the distinctiveness of the soil.
