Domaine de Baal Rouge (Red) is a blend of 40% cabernet sauvignon, 40% cabernet franc, 15% merlot and 5% syrah. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 30% new. 

Appearance: It embodies a brilliant, dark ruby colour.

Nose: Very nice presentation, a complex nose of black fruit notes and red berries with a hint of mint. 

Taste: On the palate, the wine is elegant and fresh, and the tannins are elegant and silky. The limestone always brings its freshness and mineral notes. The finish is tasty.

Food pairings: Red meat, Beef, Pork, Lamb, Strong cheese, Roquefort, Blue cheese

About the Producer: The family-owned vineyards of the Domaine de Baal were planted in the early 90s at 1,150 meters above sea level, on the foothills of Mount Lebanon. Their passion for this land and their strong desire to preserve it for future generations to enjoy, has naturally inclined them to produce natural wines, refined and elegant, reflecting the distinctiveness of the soil.
