The Roger Goulart Coral Vintage Rosé Cava is made from a blend of Garnacha (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%) grapes grown in the Penedés region of Spain.
About the Producer: Caves Roger Goulart is a winery specializing in the production of long-aged cavas, whose origin goes back to 1882. In this year, Magí Canals I Farré excavated Cava Sant Jordi in the garden of his house, where he would later begin to produce cava using the traditional champagne method. Caves Roger Goulart prepares its cavas with delicacy and thoroughness; selecting the best grapes strictly from the best production areas, with the optimum levels of acidity in order obtain very fresh base wines. These wines, preserved in the best conditions, will be fundamental for carrying out the second fermentation and its subsequent aging.
