Conte Fosco Cuvèe Brut (750ml)

This wine is a Spumante made with Charmat method from a blend of Trebbiano, Moscato Bianco and other white grape varieties planted on the hills of Emilia Romagna. Although not as commercial as Glera grape for Prosecco or international grapes in Franciacorta, the first documents of Trebbiano date back to 1364 and account for around a third of all white wine in Italy. Nose: Fine and delicate floral notes, subtle pear, citrus and white-fleshed fruit aromas. Palate: Slightly fruity on the palate, pleasantly dry and very fresh combining gentle acidity and a lively fizziness.
