Blending: 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, 25% Meunier.

Fermentation: 100% alcoholic fermentation in small oak barrels. No malolactic fermentation.

Appearance: Bright with a beautiful gold tint.

Nose: It expresses the marine world, the pebble, the shell, the white flowers and the aniseed root medium associated with fennel.

Taste: The mouth is delicate and presents a natural fat thickness, as you savour by greediness the peanut, caramelized salted butter, pastry and fine wood.

Finish: Energetic with a resolutely precise finish.

Food pairings: This cuvée will go perfectly with smoked salmon with tarragon, a fillet of cod in lemony white butter and fresh chives. Great with caviar, shellfish, crab, and lobster.
