Made exclusively with pure grape alcohol and fresh anise, Chateau Ksara Ksarak Arak is distilled three times in traditional stills. Aged two years in the jars in stone. Serve chilled with ice cubes, and lengthened with water.

Appearance: Colourless.

Nose: Typical aroma of licorice. It develops a touch of pepper and fennel.

Taste: Strong anise flavour, aniseed or fennel. The anethole contained in these spirits turns milky white when water is added.
