Bodegas Palacios Remondo Plácet Valtomelloso is a luxury white wine produced in Rioja, Spain. It is made using 100% Viura grapes, which are known for their aromatic qualities and delicate flavours. The grapes are hand-picked and processed with traditional techniques to create a wine that is elegant and full of character. 

Appearance: Plácet, meaning "consent", is beautiful straw gold in colour.

Nose: It has enticing aromas of orange blossoms, white pears, golden apples, and freshly-baked brioche. 

Taste: Full-bodied, with perfectly balanced acidity, this wine contains succulent flavours of white peaches, creamed honey and soft minerality, along with subtle hints of chamomile and fennel.

Finish: The wine has a long and balanced finish.

Food pairings: It makes a perfect complement to a wide range of seafood dishes.
