Wine Details:
•1: Nino Franco Rustico Prosecco DOCG (Veneto) - Straw-coloured, bright. Gorgeously elegant notes of pear, citrus and honeysuckle. Very fine, persistent, pleasant, crisp, fruity and flowery. The texture is creamy, soft and delicate with persistent effervescence. An aperitif wine, excellent with finger food, light appetizers and delicate vegetable dishes, as well as fresh cheese.
•2: Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. Tropical, toasty aromas of exotic tropical fruit salad, almond caramel cake and spiced apple with a supple, vibrant, effervescent. Off-dry medium body and a smooth, delightful, long banana custard, kiwi and melon, and wet limestone finish. It's ideal as an aperitif, perfectly pairing with traditional Italian dishes.
•3: Valdo Prosecco DOC Treviso Millesimato (Veneto) - It presents a light straw yellow colour, bright and captivating, adorned with fine and persistent bubbles that seduce at first glance. It features a typical mildly fruity bouquet reminiscent of ripe wild apples and the scent of acacia flowers. Elements of fresh pear and Golden Delicious apple with a refined flavour and persistent perlage. Pairs very well as an all-meal sparkling wine and aperitif.
•4: Bisol Jeio Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut DOCG (Veneto) - Brilliant, vivid straw yellow, with an especially fine, vivacious perlage. Charming, elegant, it yields notes of fruit, with subtle strains of ripened yellow fruits. Soft, elegant, and savoury, the developed notes of fruit lend the aromatics a suggestion of fine perfume. A perfect sparkling wine for any meal, it elegantly accompanies fish and shellfish preparations. Try it with a mixed Tempura of vegetables, fish and shellfish.
•5: Fantinel Prosecco Extra Dry NV (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) - Attractive straw-yellow appearance. A fine, persistent bead. Delicate floral tones on the nose and a pleasurably soft, velvety mouthfeel. A pleasurably soft and velvety mouthfeel. Whilst famed as an apéritif, the soft fizz of Prosecco also partners light chicken dishes, delicate seafood and salads well.
•6: Valdo Paradise Rosé Brut (Veneto) - Strokes of vermilion on rose petals. Intensely fruity and pleasantly flowery, unique notes of undergrowth fruit. Warm, exuberant and pleasantly soft flavour. Ideal as an aperitif, excellent with fish, shellfish or delicate meat dishes. Originally paired with pizza. All wines are 75cl
