Wine Details:
•1: Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Champagne NV - It displays a pale gold colour, with fine bubbles and a long string of foam. A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine’s complexity is expressed in successive notes such as vine peach and white fruits notes. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavours very present on the finish. It is refreshing with crispy snacks, poultry, fish, and fresh cheeses.
•2: Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne NV - It has a golden straw colour, with fine bubbles and persistent foam. Very open and expressive, delivers aromas of fruit and brioche. It also gives off the fragrance of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The entry onto the palate is lively, fresh and in total harmony. It complements seafood to perfection. From oysters to lobster, the crisp acidity and delicate pearl-like effervescence of these champagnes will pair beautifully with seafood dishes.
•3: Louis Roederer Brut Premier Champagne NV - It has a straw yellow colour. It offers lovely intensity and finesse on the nose, displaying brioche and honey notes along with ripe white fruit and floral aromas. The wine presents a smooth palate of subtle lemon curd and pink berry flavour. Its fruity flavour will pair perfectly with braised chicken in red wine, shellfish, and boeuf bourguignon.
